Clean room, very helpful staff, good breakfast - and really liked the underground parking. Only diwn is in the accessible bathroom with a tub and seat there was a grab bar at the back of the seat which made it uncomfortable. The grab bar could have had a better placement.

Comfortable bed, great location for my visit, reasonable rates. The covered underground parking was appreciated, though most guests seemed to prefer the ground-level spaces. It is not a luxury hotel and I didn't have time to check out the amenities, but it was perfect for my stay. I'd stay there again next time I need a room in Castro Valley.

The room was surprisingly large and comfortable! The bedding was super soft and there were a variety of pillow types on the bed. I appreciated the love seat with ottoman that doubled as a coffee table. This was definitely the most comfortable modestly-priced motel I've stayed in (I've stayed in many).

Our room was clean and well-maintained. They just looked a little old which probably won’t give you a good first impression. But everything works very well. The indoor parking is a big plus. The breakfast was great and everything seems to be freshly made.

The staff was phenomenal. I cannot say enough how helpful and kind they were. Smiles sll the time, know their business, breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only thing I didn’t like was the unsecure access from parking garage to room. There was staff in the garage for most times but I think after hours would be good. It may not be a problem because the parking garage entrance is not off the Main Street. You have to drive on the property.
