Trash can is in the garage. Drop the gate controller in the black locking mailbox at the road when you have left the property.

No fireworks due to horses on the property. Also, please do not enter the pastures with horses or attempt to feed them without prior permission.

Guests are only allowed to use the house and fenced yard surrounding it. Access to the house is via the long driveway from 105th St.

Please leave complimentary sodas and waters that you do not use in the fridge, but dispose of any food/drinks that you purchased during your stay.
