Slow-paced, old world vibe. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Excellent beach and beach facilities. A few glitches with the food, but I appreciate that it is made from scratch and doesn't feel like it came off a conveyor belt from a large all-inclusive kitchen. If you want rest and relaxation, this is the spot.

The staff was extremely hospitable. You left feeling like theynreally cared about your family as well as your stay. Housekeeping cleaned our room at least three times a day. While the restaurant food was underwhelming the atmosphere was breathtaking in the evening. Especially, dinner on the beach. Very cute place to retreat from chaos.

Sehr liebevolles, gepflegtes Hotel mit einem sehr aufmerksamen, überaus freundlichen und kompetenten Team. Der Strand ist wunderschön und weitläufig, sodass man jederzeit Ruhe genießen kann. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen und weiterempfehlen! Es gibt jede Menge Aktivitäten am Strand, wie z.B. Stand-Up-Paddeling und Schnorcheln, jedoch fehlte uns persönlich so etwas wie Tennis, was für uns das einzige Manko darstellte.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Kingsley, especially, was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. Room was very clean and inviting, great seating area on the balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and dinner delicious. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

My stay at Jamaica Inn exceeded every expectation. From the warm welcome at check-in to the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, everything felt effortless, elegant, and genuinely welcoming. The property is exactly as pictured—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and impeccably clean. Every space, from the beach and library to the cozy lounges, invites you to slow down and relax. High tea, cocktail hour, and dinner under the stars with live reggae music were unforgettable. The food was outstanding, with a different, beautifully prepared dinner menu each evening. What truly makes Jamaica Inn exceptional is its people. Owen and the entire team delivered hospitality at its finest. A special thank you to Garfield, whose attentive, gracious service made every meal a pleasure. Jamaica Inn has earned a lifelong guest. I can’t wait to return.

The staff is so gracious. The property is tucked away and nestled on a beautiful peaceful oceanfront. This hotel is not for the big time partygoers. It is designed to keep the old world feel of Jamaica’s past glory. No TVs, just WiFi if you need it. It’s near many attractions and the staff will connect you to any type you desire. It is a quiet beautiful gem. I almost don’t want to share it! You do not have to fight for a cool shaded area by the pool or the beach. There are no vendors pressuring to purchase crafts. I 1000% will be returning.
