Kurze Entfernung zum Bahnhof und zur Bushaltestelle, wenn man die Fähre nach Yawatahama ansteuern will. Mitten im Herzen der Stadt und des Nachtlebens. Trotzdem ruhig. Hotspring im Haus. Gepäck kann vor Check in abgegeben werden. Das Zimmer war echt winzig mit kleinem Fenster, aber alles vorhanden.

ホテルの温泉が熱すぎて入れなかった。 私以外にも、他の利用者の方もフロントに内線で入れないと連絡されていたようですが、フロントは曖昧な返事のみで温泉利用終了時間の12時まで何も変わらず…。 お風呂を上がってから別スタッフの方が「夜の時間帯は女性スタッフが不在で調整が出来なかった」と言いに来られました。 そのスタッフの方の対応には不満はなかったですが、恐らくメインでお風呂を利用される夜の時間帯に、その体制で運営されている事にはあまり納得出来ませんでした。 上下にお湯を混ぜる棒が立てかけられていたようですが、フロントに内線電話をした時にその説明さえ無かったのもよく分かりません。 (下まで激熱だったので、それで意味があったかは不明です) 女湯には1つしか湯船が無いのに、せっかくの温泉旅行がとても残念でした。 【良かった点】 ・昼のスタッフの方は対応は良かった印象です 　(ただチェックインが機械なのですが、何の説明も無かったのは少し不親切だと感じました) ・わりと駅は近いので動きやすい 【悪かった点】 ・夕方以降アメニティ補充が皆無。洗顔や化粧水•お茶類が何も無く、チェックアウトの際に存在を知りました。 ・夜の男性スタッフの対応が悪すぎる 浴衣の着替えをしたく、新しい物をもらいに行くとフロントから「1人１点までなんで！」と叱られた。 ならばチェックインの際に教えてほしい。 というよりホテルのフロントマンの言い方ではない口調で不快でした。 高級旅館の待遇を求めている訳ではないですが、接客業の言い方ぐらいは担保していただきたかったです。 別府旅行はとても楽しかったですが、不快だった時間が唯一ホテルかもしれません。 チェックイン時と、朝食スタッフの方は親切で良い時間が過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。
