"My friends and I were looking for a clean and nice hotel in the middle of Downtown Dallas. This hotel was perfect for a girls trip. There was an outdoor pool on the 9th floor overlooking the city buildings! The beds were clean and the hotel was neat and comfortable upon arrival. "
"Staff was amazing!!! 1st night everything was perfect. 2nd night i think everyone on our floor was having a party or fighting or kids screaming. Called up.front he was quick to attempt to fix it. I went down to ask him again bc they all got loud again. He went up to the room, and spoke with the one group. They kept going all night. So not alot of rest. But not on the hotel or staff. Just luck of the draw. The pool was green, masty looking its july i was looking foeard to swimming one of the main reasons we booked rhis room. But things happen. Will probably stay again next time im in the area. "

"Had a fabulous stay! I had the hotel booked for a single night for myself, my service dog and service dog in training. The room was clean and our stay overall was awesome. The only slight issues I noticed were that my remote didn't work for my tv and the pancake maker didn't work during breakfast hours. But those were such tiny details that it didn't affect the overall experience in the slightest! "

"Check in was easy, the perfect size for 1-2 people, quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to some local shops. It's hard to locate at night due to the minimal street lights in the neighborhood, but thanks to another reviewer I found the house number on the walkway stairs. If you are short or have mobility issues, getting into and out of the shower-tub can be quite a big step. "

"Lovely luxurious place in Lower Greenville. Beds were super comfy, two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath, large living room with kitchen. Above Cafe Euro and Sisters restaurant. It is up a steep staircase so keep in mind if mobility is an issue for you (it wasn't for us). The apartment is beautiful and we loved the decor. It is very soundproof so we did not hear any car noise or the large AC units outside the door at the top of the stairs. Food was delicious at Sisters and the coffee and breakfast at Cafe Duro was really nice (and they both deliver to the apt if needed). Beautiful apartment and I would stay there again! Parking at night, due to the restaurants in the area, can be an issue but that is where the valet comes in handy. "
"My 4-day stay at Kasa Highland Park Dallas was excellent. You do need a smartphone to open doors and garage gates. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were: towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, maybe lotion but I don't remember, pots and pans, garbage can and bags, plates, cups, utensils, paper towels, cleaning sponge, salt,pepper and EVOO. There was a keurig and coffee pods and an electric water kettle. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great property, with easy to use features. Pool was great, clean and they had tons of things to make life easier when using the pool. There's plenty of rooms and furniture for everyone to be comfortable anywhere. It has easy access to downtown, the aquarium and Perot Museum was an 8 minute drive. The street is quiet and peaceful. Overall great experience."

"We went down for volleyball national tournament and had a fabulous time! The place was quiet, clean, and a great location to Kay Bailey Convention Center! Great communication with property management! Only feeldback is grass could have been cut before we arrived and it was kinda expensive to have an earlier check in. We will visit again! Thanks for letting us host the volleyball team for pizza and pool time!"
