“This little house was a terrific value and served our purposes well. It's an older place with some rough edges/limited niceties, but the beds were comfortable and the location was just what we wanted.That location wouldn't be for everyone: We wanted to be steps from the cafes and bars of Midtown, knowing that a certain level of grittiness (like a dodgy motel on the corner) would come with that. Pangolin (cafe) and The Emerson (bar) were favorites, and being a ten-minute drive from the UNR campus...

“This place was nice and clean and reasonably priced. The location was convenient for all that we needed and felt safe. Communication was clear and prompt. We were 3 adults, 2 sisters and myself. The sisters shared the bedroom and I took the couch, which was ok but not the most comfortable bed. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities and there were extra blankets and pillows available. Lots of empty shelves to put your stuff and a nice laundry room. 2 recommendations to the owner - provide...

“Such a cute place! Very clean and great communication with the owner. It was also close to downtown and lots if great restaurants. We loved sutting in the cute front porch in the early morning drinking our coffee.”
