Room was nice roomy but had to spray for roaches. Over all it was clean. I believe that someone sprayed for roaches and they traveled to the next place. It was the last few days that we had trouble with them

The property itself is well kept and we enjoyed walking around the lake and having a grocery store within walking distance. The pool area is very nice and quite clean. Our condo was clean-ish. I could definitely tell that counters hadn’t been fully wiped down and just a quick vacuum of floors had been performed. I always appreciate cleanliness so this bothered me but the sheets seemed clean and it was, overall, a nice experience. I would stay here again.

Ideal location, well stocked, spacious and clean apartment. A great place to spend our break and would not hesitate to do so again. For a family visiting Orlando, it's hard to think of any better options!

This property was perfect four our family of 5 and the very best location. Close to the parks and walking distance to Publix and the best pizza place and diner for breakfast.

The place was clean. The location was great, 20 minutes from Disney and about 10 minutes from Universal. It felt safe for the family. The pool outside was nice. The price was reasonable. Lastly,there was a review that complained that the carpets in the bedrooms were dirty and I want to make sure you know that they have hard wood floors throughout.

Universal getaway

Very nice property in a great location

This is a spacious three bedroom perfect my two grown sons, their friend and me. We were not there long enough to enjoy the amenities but they looked great. The location is close to Universal and a block from Publix. Everything was clean, light and fresh. I would return again. Thanks!

We stay at Vista Cay for AAU Volleyball Nationals. This is the first time on Breakview. We liked it better because it is a little less busy and noisy. The unit was very clean a nice, and the view was pleasant from the lanai.

Great property in great location

We loved our stay here. It was very clean, and great location to both Discovery Cove and Universal attractions as well as Disney. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Our only complaint was that the mattresses were very uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep well. Otherwise, it was perfect!
