This neighborhood is safe and quiet.

The laundry and swimming pool are shared with the owners of the property.
This facility is 1 completely independent room, the entrance and parking as well.(IS ONE ROOM NOT THE WHOLE HOUSE)

Nice and clean private space

Stayed here with my partner while visiting family nearby. Space was nice, clean, and perfect for our needs. Parking space in drive and easy flexible check-in. Host was very nice and welcoming. Hope to stay here again next time we visit!

The finishes were nice and it was clean. The mini-split won’t keep the room cool enough. We didn’t notice until the next day that the ceiling light is also a fan. It definitely helped keep the room cooler. Parking is on the street. We were really only in the room to sleep so it sufficed.
