Wonderful location and great space

My family thoroughly enjoyed our trip! It was a great location and plenty of room for the 6 of us My boys loved the outdoor space and saw otters in the lake while kayaking. It was about a 35 min trip to disney and 30 to Sanford. We will return.

Spacious retreat

We had a very nice time with plenty of space for our family of 8. Some extra sheets, blankets and dish pods for the dishwasher would be helpful . Otherwise, the owner takes very good care of this rental.

Tranquility

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The lake view was amazing while drinking our coffee in the morning. Despite the busy area, the location was very quiet and peaceful. The layout of the property is unique and worked great for our family. And the kids enjoyed the yard and the ping pong table. Can't wait to visit again. And Adam & Rich were great at communication as well. Very attentive and responsive. Just a great experience all the way around.

Fun place with lots of potential.

This place is in a great location and has fun outdoor activities. It is comfortable but things are well used and could use some repair and cleaning. For example the coffee pot has to be shimmed underneath so the spring is pushed up and allows coffee to flow. With a few small investments in appliances and more attention to cleaning this place could be really fun.

A little hidden gem

Glad we chose to stay at the clubhouse at tiny village. Adam was a great host. We had a few things we needed help with upon arrival and he didn’t hesitate to accommodate all our request. Beautiful spot on the lake. Great place for relaxing and outdoor activities with the family. We didn’t get a chance to take the pontoon boat out for a spin. Definitely something will do next time in town.

Worth It!

This property was perfect for what I needed. We were able to host a reunion with our friends with little to no issue. My only gripe was the bugs that popped up here and there. There were places in the house that I could tell were not cleaned or dusted properly. But other than that, perfect property and a cool location.

Great for family relaxation

Property manager very responsive even with a stove issue as I was cooking breakfast. There are magnetic pans needed for stove the non magnetic should be removed. Very clean & enjoyable for family fun! Ping pong table area needs a little work as well as the back area could be cleaned up better upon arrival but other than that it was just what we were looking for a getaway from Orlando hustle bustle to enjoy family time. Grills right down the street was a perfect restaurant to enjoy as well. Very close.

We had a great time!

We spent Christmas 2022 here with family. Everything was as portrayed in the online photos. The house is lovely and has a great view of the lake. We were not disappointed! We had a couple of minor hiccups during our stay but the host, Rich, was on top of whatever we brought to his attention. There is a ping pong table on the porch that brought out everyone's competitive edge. We had no issues with wifi or accessing apps on the television. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come back to the Orlando area.

Family Christmas party

We booked this place for our annual family Christmas game night we wanted to do something different this year. Perfect location and the home had games it was the perfect size for our needs. The host was very nice and professional Will definitely book this location again

Great location

Cute house and a great location for our group. Nicely furnished. Two issues there was no working TV or Wi-Fi and a rodent was seen in the house. Owner said they’d get things corrected but did not respond later. After running into him later he brought by a bottle of wine. Something I guess.

Enjoyed the stay. Only downside is not much privacy in the community but that should be expected in a multi home community like this

Nice view! Great community!

Great view, plenty of space! Shower in guest bath was clogged with hair so it wouldn’t drain. Temperature of the water in the other bathroom was a bit tricky… but property management was quick to help us figure it out. Great place for family laughs and fun! Ping pong table was a favorite, and my husband played the available guitar hero while all the ladies got dressed for a concert at Amway Center. Great location also!! We will be back to check out some of the tiny homes!

Enjoyed the Clubhouse on lake

Our group enjoyed staying at Clubhouse. 3 br was nice and clean with good beds. Had fun playing ping pong and connect four on enclosed porch. Evening cocktails on back porch overlooking the lake. Updated kitchen appliances. Enjoyed a few meals at house. The 3rd bedroom with queen is small but comfortable. Clubhouse is in a lakefront tiny house community that is well maintained and quiet at night. Hope to book again next year.

Hidden Oasis

The house was perfect for what we needed while visiting Orlando. The community felt safe, the house had almost everything we needed, and the location was the right separation from the city where we could be to the theme parks in 20 minutes and back to the tranquil setting of this house for the evening. Plenty of things to do at this house, ranging from ping pong to fishing to a relaxing fire pit where all other guests or residents are very friendly. Thanks for the great experience and vacation.

A hidden gem

Upon arriving at the property we were taken back that it was a tiny home community. The clubhouse is just as advertised in the pictures. So beautiful inside and out. The property is well maintained and the fact that the outdoor amenities were included made it that much more adventurous for our stay. Will definitely come back to this place to stay longer and enjoy all it offers. The only thing we would change is the key box on door was difficult to open and close. My family enjoyed being in a lakeside community with nature and a wonderful atmosphere to stay.

Simply Awesome!

Me and my family went to Orlando for the Garth Brooks concert and stayed at the lake house. The house is great and sits right on the lake. What put this home over the top was the owner, Adam! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Thanks Adam!! We will see you again as soon as we can.
