"Clean quiet room , all areas of the hotel kept very clean, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, spa pool etc great , short walk along canal to the town. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when in Chester."

"Lovely hotel, lovely suite, friendly staff. Room was clean, room 402. Very spacious, but temperature was a little difficult to regulate. Bathroom also very cold, but it was a lovely room and we would most definitely stay agan."
