“Brilliant Pub, Amazing staff and Stunning Surroundings. We only stayed for 2 nights but would of loved to stay longer. Staff were attentive and welcoming. We were very impressed by our room which was extremely spacious with a large shower room and even a sauna in the room. Our Bed was so comfy and the pub was full of friendly locals. We were slightly worried when we arrived as there was limited parking spaces for the hotel itself however immediately next door was a huge public carpark which was……

“Quiet room (separate to pub) with comfortable beds. We dont like full, hot breakfasts so it was nice not to have to pay for it. The cereal/fruit /toast/ pastries were ideal for us. The food in the pub was nice, probably not worth the price but that's fine as a one-off. The pub was attractive and cosy. All staff were lovely and very helpful. Note - free toiletries are available at the bar, not in the room. The only things I didnt like were the stag head looming over our breakfast area and the……

“This has to have been one of the loveliest places we've ever stayed - every single detail had been thought of, and Ruth, the host, was just fabulous. The bed, bedding, free-standing bath, decor, snuggle bathrobes, decor, styling, cleanliness, warmth and welcome were all 5-star.
