“Communication pre during and post were above and beyond. We asked for an earlier arrival due to flight and he made arraignments with his staff to accommodate. During our visit the city lost power and Eric sent us 15 min update from the power company and offered to replace any spoiled food without us even having to ask. Property was spotless and very welcoming. I would highly recommended booking with Eric!!!”

“I would have given 5 stars down the board, but I attribute lack of response to my questions to the third party booking. We also stayed for a weekend and Saturday night was difficult to fall asleep for the person sleeping on the sleeper sofa. The place itself was perfect as were the amenities. Overall, we had an incredible stay & even w/ the bars & partying below, we never felt unsafe. I would gladly stay here again!”

The only issue we had was upon check-in but I believe that was an automated system failure and once I was able to connect with the hosts, they were more than gracious in helping make things right for us. The many, big windows looking over the street give this loft a ton of natural light and a really cool vibe.
