“The property has insect problems. Took over 24hrs for them to even address my concern and then change my room. New room was adequate but then the microwave didn’t work. At this point i was fed up and just dealt with it until i checked out. Will not stay at this property again!”

“We enjoyed this cute little apartment. The staff in the lobby were extremely helpful and very cheerful. It was very close to the Okada where we walked for Starbucks, pastry, breakfast and the occasional easy dinner. It was literally across the street. We enjoyed having a laundry machine with drying rack to do our laundry before we left. I brought laundry sheets so we wouldn't have to buy soap. The bed was comfortable, but there was no topper on the mattress. The balcony provided a good view of……
