“Fire $100 a night I expected a more. The fridge didn't work, there was a huge hair ball in the tub they prevented it from draining. You could hear everything outside.”

“The room was dirty! There was a live bug on the floor and a dead moth on the table. The floor was definitely not swept or vacuumed. Was afraid of sleeping on the bed as I was wondering if the sheets were changed from the last customer. Would never stay there again”

“I live in Mayfield and we lost power for almost 2 days due to a bad storm. The hotel was amazing to us. We had a clean and comfortable room and the employees were so kind! I thought we were going to have to stay a second night but when our electricity came back on, they allowed us to cancel for the second night with no charge and allowed us to check out late. We greatly appreciate everything they did for us!”

“I was only there a night — when I checked in I was told I could use the side door that would be closest to my room with the key card but that door was always locked any time I tried to use it — my room had a weird smell and I’m pretty sure one of the lamp shades had mold or something on it — it’s a safe location though — I only saw the staff when I checked in and when I left — the continental breakfast could use some work — no hot food at all”
