very convenient location, walking distance to Southern Cross Station. Room looks clean but the cold water tap broken at the sink and the TV cannot change channels. One thing I really dislike was the storage for luggages after check out was unsecured. The staff would tell you to put in a room and tell you take all the valuable because the room is unsecured and everyone can go in and out freely.

No feedback/response from apartment management after sending my requests and seeking their assistance during my stay

地方清潔，整體非常滿意，交通方便，門口便是電車總站。屋主友善並於入住已主動跟我聯絡，指取房匙的指示清晰。 如再到墨爾本都會選擇這間公寓酒店。
