Overall, I would not recommend this facility: -We were greeted with a required surprise $75 security deposit on arrival for "incidentals." 'No choice and not a happy way to begin. -The room was poorly lit - no lights. The walls were thin and you could hear people and noises all night long, including the above floors, the surrounding toilets, showers and running water. We could not sleep soundly. -Difficult to sleepon the bed which was way too soft adding to my back problems. -There was no ice machine to be found on the floor - it had been removed. -The advertised free breakfast only consisted of coffee, fruits, snacks, cereals, oatmeal and other cold snacks. No freshly cooked items like eggs, pancakes or waffles were offered.

We were on a driving holiday in Texas and were making our way down to Corpus Christi for the journey concert. We are on eSIM cards as we are international travelers and we cannot text or phone. The new clearance system being used requires you to verify yourself through a text message. Needless to say we were unable to check in and spent about 45 minutes sorting that all out. They have an automated system and very little flexibility when dealing with real people. It was difficult to find the parking garage, but eventually we did. Fairly long walk to the apartment, which is OK if you just have a carry-on, which of course we didn’t, The apartment is fairly dated, and had a very funky smell. All the knives in the butcher block were rusty. There was no body wash in the shower container. There were no hangers in the closet. There is no ice in the freezer. The bed was comfortable, and the shower quite powerful. The kitchen was well equipped, and the living room area was nicely appointed. Location was okay but neighborhood seems a little rundown.
