I had a family connected room. It was clean, stocked with toiletries and water. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I had a great stay.

Clean room, courteous staff. The breakfast was not that great. Very few things for vegetarians.

The rom was okay, Room get service every day, Huong (Angela) it organized my itinerary for my stay in Hanoi. She is amazing and cute. Good location.

For Hanoi, old quarter, this is a nice little hotel. Location, location, location……in the heart of the old quarter and easy walking distance to the major sites. Hotel is down a busy side street with no large vehicle access so is quieter at night. Hotel is not a Marriott so don’t expect everything to be new and pristine. Operational is key. Staff was good and breakfast, although a short walk away to sister hotel, was adequate. Get there early though as there’s not a lot of seating. The young lady and cook who work the breakfast are excellent and very accommodating. It’s unfortunate rude guests can treat them poorly. Overall good hotel for the price we paid but shop around as there’s plenty of options in this area.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were kind and welcoming. We really appreciate the hot honey lemon tea on arrival after a long day travelling. Great location right in the action but on a quieter street than others around. Large family room with separate bedroom for the kids. The kids room was located at the back so insulated from the street noise not that there was much and it got quiet after 9pm. I took ear plugs but didn’t need them. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after.
