The location of the place is amazing, close to the markets, food establishments, spas, and the river. My family loves the spacious rooms. But what I love about this place are the staff. They have been very helpful to me since I arrived and gave me great recommendations. Whatever is lacking in the place (which I didn't notice), the very good people working there are making up for it. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great experience with locals. It is not a 5-star hotel, but they have 10-star people working on this one.

Everyone on the cruise was very nice and welcoming, and they truly cared to make sure that we had a great time.
Our suite was very nice, but the beds mattress could have been softer.
The only big issue was the fact that I needed Wi-Fi to take care of some business and as soon as we left the bay, the Internet was completely out.
Had I known that this was the case I would’ve come better prepared, and given that I paid so much for this trip I would’ve expected them to be fully transparent.
