Great Location with Sub Par Furnishings

Beautiful ocean view and great master bed. Rest of furniture and dishes could be found at a garage sale. Non stick pans all stratched. Plates chipped. Garbage liners and toilet paper lowest possible quality. Guest bed frame unstable. Good location with private indoor parking spot. Good communication with owner.

Amazing Family Friendly Condo at Portofino Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Portofino Resort in Pensacola Beach! It was the perfect spot for our family of four—our kids (6 and 8) had an absolute blast. The resort amenities were fantastic and kept everyone entertained, and being just a quick walk across the street from the beach made everything so easy. The view from the 20th floor was absolutely stunning—sunrises and sunsets were a dream. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this vacation stay for families looking for a mix of fun and relaxation!

Amazing views!

Great spring break get-away location! The views from the property are great, and the location allowed easy access to local attractions. The weather during our stay didn’t allow us to enjoy the ocean, but the kids loved the onsite pools.

Property is beautiful and it’s a full on resort. The condo was great and has an amazing view of the Gulf. Beach was amazing and not crowded. If you want the party beach it’s an easy 5 minute drive away.

Quick getaway

We had so much fun! The place was beautiful and just as described. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. Can’t wait to come back!

Family Reunion

We had a great stay here at Portofino. The view from the condo was amazing, 20th floor. We enjoyed the patio for drinks and conversation. Bonus was the assigned parking, as the weather was not great every day we were there. Hubby enjoyed the hot tub at the amenity center. Owner gave us his number; in case we needed anything. Very satisfied and would rebook again.

The property was super nice. The master bed was very nice, pillows not so much. The spare bed was not good. When we got there, there was only one roll of toliet paper in the bathrooms. We were there 7 days. No way was that enough. Contacted the host and he said to buy some and he would reimburse me. Also not enough trash bags for a weeks stay. But the view wow the view was amazing.

Fall Break in Pensacola

This unit has a gorgeous view of the beach & the bay. Close to the Lifestyle Center & each building has it's own pool/hot tub. The unit was comfy with plenty of room. Shower pressure was great which I love. The beach is a short walk down the sidewalk & across the road. You can see your family play on the beach if you want to stay on the balcony instead.

Great vacation

we had a great time. Very relaxing place was spacious, clean, views you cannot beat. Look forward to going back maybe next year. Was a disappointed with the check out receipt of a $75 check in . Plus $10.00 resort fee per day. But overall excellent trip.

The View!!!

We are returning guests! We are no strangers to Portofino. This has become our go to unit. First, the VIEW! Second, we feel the owner is very invested in the experience and feedback of their guests. We have witnessed the upgrades over the years, along with most any improvements suggested. Either way, we love this unit and will be back!

Spectacular - view and unit

When we walked through the large double doors, the first thing that struck us was the large den, dining, and kitchen space with wall to wall and floor to ceiling windows.
