Perfect for our Needs

Property is an excellent option for staying in Rittenhouse Square. It was certainly clean enough and nice enough to make my girls happy. Not a brand new renovation, but outstandingly good for location and space.

Great place to stay in Philly

Easy check in. Excellent staff. Spacious rooms with comfortable bed and full kitchen. Nearby parking garage with reasonable rate. Great location for seeing the sights. Only issue we had was that the pipes in the shower were very loud.

Wonderful experience! Only stayed one night for a college visit. For the price the accommodations were impressive. Separate rooms for us and our kid with very comfortable beds. Kitchen and dining and living room. Everything was clean and modern and stylish. Staff was very welcoming. The area has a lot to offer and is a good central location to visit Philly.

More than expected in every way

The Roost is very well appointed; all the details are well thought out and executed - fresh coffee beans and a grinder, big fridge and the washer/ dryer came in handy. Shawn, Alec, and Danielle were personable, friendly, and helpful. The lobby lounge was a great place to chill with friends. It was a great experience, everything we could have wanted. We'll stay here again and will hope for Roost hotels on trips to other cities.

One of the best stays ever. Every single staff member was outstanding- friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was really nice - large with a great full-size kitchen. We cooked all of our meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. A handy Target grocery store across the street, Trader Joe’s a few blocks away. The coffee and candy bar were a really nice touch!
