A great size room which was clean and comfortable. Great location for sightseeing and a good variety of restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful.

the staff, the building/facilities itself, and cleanliness were great two things that could use some work though: water took a long time to get warm and didn't stay warm all the time television even when watching regular "live TV" often froze and needed to load/buffer

Last time I stayed here it was great but this time outside of the valet the service was bad. I asked 2 mornings for them to clean my room and it never got cleaned. Will just stay at a chain moving forward if I visit Richmond.
