Wigwam Area townhome in charming Litchfield Park. Townhome has a direct access 2-car garage and is located poolside on the 2nd level. Once upstairs, it's all one level living. Floor plan with 2 separate and distinct balconies with poolside views.

The Living Room is spacious and inviting with a fireplace for warmth and ambiance. The sofa makes into a bed for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal for yourself or have friends and family over.

Full laundry room directly off living area.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and television with en-suite tub and separate shower and walk in closet. Step outside onto your private balcony from the Master and enjoy a private cup of coffee or glass of wine.
The second bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed with walk in closet.
The third bedroom has two twin beds.

The grounds of this spectacular gated community are lush and impressive. A clubhouse filled with activities with heated pool and spa, workout center, bbq grills and more will complete your vacation getaway, relocation to Arizona or longer stay at your home away from home.
