Reception was very helpful, allowing us to check in early, breaking down the area, and getting us set up with a taxi to the airport. Chambre vraiment très propre, bien équipée, literie confortable, joliment décorée et donnant sur une cour intérieure au calme. "Our stay at Nap Luxury Guest House in Naples was absolutely perfect. From the moment we booked, the staff were fantastic—always in touch via WhatsApp, quick to respond, and ready to help with anything. Everything about the place felt high-end, yet warm and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the city. One night we went out for a late walk and absolutely loved the hustle and bustle of Naples—it was electric.
Nicolo at the hotel was wonderful—friendly, full of local tips, and even took the time to teach us some Italian. He recommended a nearby pizza place, and it turned out to be the best pizza we’ve ever had (and that’s saying something in Naples!). I also loved how they had transformed an old building, keeping its charm but upgrading it with modern touches.

"This is a city property that you can reach after the taxi leaves you about 2 blocks from the hotel. This is why you are in a very special area! Don't fear the short walk because the hotel is a nice, renovated gem inside a 300-year-old building!

"When I origainlly searched for my hotels I was looking for a place with a gym. This hotel didn't appear. I booked the home next door and was saddened when I drove by The Parker. Luckily I am smart eought to only book the first night at any hotel. When I walked over and saw the Grand Parker I booked a suite for two days, and enjoyed a meal the Michellin restraunt, and watceh Capri from the dinning room. PERFECTION! "This is one of the best hotels in terms of location and service. Really close to the port, the metro and the spanish quarters.
We were also extremely satisfied with the services and the rooms. The rooms are newly renonvated and have a very cozy vibe because of then flooring and ceiling. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.
