“We loved our stay here! Communication was excellent. Our host met us outside the hotel and helped carry in our luggage. He walked us through the room and all of our amenities. He provided water for us daily. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and he was always available to answer questions. Our location was perfect. Our room was large with plenty of room for three! We would stay here again!”

“Location was really great as it made walking around the town easier. The host was extremely helpful and kind. The front door is inside the courtyard of 18 at the back and to the left, we couldn't see it at first, so this is to make it easier for everyone else.”

“The owners son, kindly waited up for us when our flight was delayed 3 hours arriving at about 01.30 am which was really kind. No fault of the hotel, but the lift required users to remember to shut the door otherwise it does not operate so you have to walk up four flights of stairs, it might be helpful to have a sign in the lift reminding people to close door. Breakfast was not on site which was not clear when booking you were provided with a card each day to redeem at a local coffee shop for a……

“We stayed 2 nights at Pala Suites in one of the double rooms (we were 4 people). The location was perfect: in the heart of the historic, cahotic, wonderful, and unique centro storico. Rooms were clean and functional. Staff was amazing: they even booked a restaurant for us. The little balcony was lovely!”

“The property was clean and well maintained. The proper management was very kind and helpful. The breakfast provided each morning was a great. The air conditioning was set at a great temperature so o did not have to adjust anything. Would love to stay again. I did not have a charger compatible for my phone and asked management where I could obtain one. Ten minutes later management showed up at my door with 3 different versions. Thanks a lot you saved the day.”

“The property is close to the National Archeological Museum, an Italian jewel; however, the neighborhood is rundown - unlike Domus itself, which is kept very clean with an upbeat white glow throughout. Breakfast is in a small room served by the wife or the owner, both very amiable. ”

“I arrived there late in the evening by taxi, I was shocked when I pulled up outside. I told the taxi this couldn’t be , there was no signage and it was in an alley. I tried calling the number and they didn’t speak English. About 45 minutes later someone showed up opened the panel and the wall so we could go in there was laundry hanging from the windows, broken windows and trash everywhere. The picture that Expedia had online look nothing like this place I took pictures. Needless to say, I did……
