“Giovanni was amazing he went above and beyond all our expectations. We arrived without internet and he was waiting outside to escort us into the property. It’s a very old building he helped with the bags and did a wonderful walkthrough of the suite. Which was beautiful and very modern. When we departed he helped and carried our bags across the road and found our taxi and gave directions to the train station. All in all a 5 star plus experience. ”

“The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient as well (e.g. walkable distance from Archeological museum of Naples), and also metro station is close by. This is officially a bed and breakfast place, but the rooms and the very friendly staff made the experience very nice.”

“Hotel receptionist and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I felt like they went above and beyond for any requests we made. We were able to check in a little earlier and this made our first day! It was very nice of them. The location was perfect! We walked to most of the tourist attractions. Tons or bars, restaurants, shops and cafes in walking distance. The only downfall was there was an odor in the downstairs bathroom which we addressed. It smelled like a sewer. “Great location and fabulous staff! The room had couple of idiosyncrasies. The floor had a bump from leaking shower, and the toilet seat was loose. ”

“Hotel is located just minutes off Via Toledo and is 5 minutes from Toledo metro. There are good access to restaurants and shopping. The room is extremely comfortable and the breakfast in bed is fantastic. The choice and quality of food is worth at least EUR10. Paola and the staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“Ottima posizione, attraversando la strada c'è il Museo Archeologico, la Sanità dista 20/30 minuti a piedi (consiglio visita catacombedinapoli.it ), con atri 15 minuti si è a Piazza Dante e di li in centro. L'host Massimo ci ha trattato benissimo ed ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste, la zona è tranquilla e il caos della città non arriva fin li, stanza pulita, forse un pò piccolina, ma la colpa è nostra (controllate bene cosa prenotate), colazione tradizionale sufficiente. ”
