"A great stay in a home away from home"

"The ad fails to mention theres people living on the other side whom you share some space with. Between that and the neighborhood i didnt feel safe there as it was just me and my son there but things worked out well. Home was quiet and very clean and bug free. Cold AC and dark curtains was nice for sleeping in. Host was very friendly and emailed often to make sure we had everything needed. I didnt like the motion activated light in the bathroom since i use it several times throughout the night...

"The house was described as "Historic", which means it is very old. It was clean. We were a group of 2 couples. Both of the women complained that the beds were uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. Each of the beds were full size. There was a couple of air fresheners in the living room that were so strong it was a bit overwhelming. After communication with the owner, we removed the air fresheners to the front porch, turned on the AC and a fan and things were better. Communication with the owner...

"This house is located driveably near the sure we wanted to visit. It was very clean, and Tashena was immediately responsive if we had questions. Turning into the driveway each day, we felt like we were retreating from the busy day. We could lounge on the porch, in the green, private backyard or inside the bungalow. We spent each of our evenings at the house ordering takeout, hanging out, watching a movie on one of the TV's and savoring the zen."

"House as okay. Smell of marijuana, stained and worn carpeting, and problems with air conditioning on the first day/night. Owner was super helpful and nice. He had air fixed really quickly. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but we had no problems. Overall our stay was okay."
