"We had the best time this past week staying here. The owner is super nice and answered every question I had. This condo was clean and “homey.” Would definitely stay here again!"

"There were a few things that needed some repair. The mini blind in the bedroom had some broken strands and there is nothing else to block the view from the outside walkway. That needs to be replaced and a curtain hanging there would also be helpful as the mini blind didn’t reach completely from side to side. The molding at the bottom of the outside of the tub either needs replaced or repainted as it had permanent dark marks on it that made it appear dirty."

The view was fantastic and we were able to watch dolphins and rays from the balcony every day. "The owners left a nice gift and note that I received upon my arrival. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. They were out of town but called to make sure I could get in at 1am because the door was giving them an error message. Nice to know they cared enough to make sure I wasn’t stuck outside even though they were many miles away and I was tucked snuggly in bed."

"Large condo directly on the beach. Convenient to the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, dining and shopping. The condo and kitchen were very well stocked, with plenty of supplies and small appliances. We really enjoyed our stay! "

"10 out of 10! Unit was very clean, well stocked with the basics which is very nice as we have rented other units that don’t even have salt and pepper. This unit had all the spices and coffee starters etc. Communication was speedy and clear. The view was just perfect. High enough to not see all the dolphins and stingrays but yet still close enough to see the surf! Definitely recommend this unit."

"Great location! 3 minute walk to the beach. Very clean! We were even supplied with dish machine and laundry soap for the first two nights and paper towels and toilet paper. Great view of the ocean despite not being on the beach. Perfect getaway for two! Would definitely do it again!"

The only reasons I marked down on cleanliness were the lack of dish soap, some leftover possessions from previous tenants in the master bath under the sink that should have been found and disposed of before we entered, and the Dryer (which needs to be replaced and was very hard to get working). But with all that being said, if I travel back to Pensacola Beach, I would definitely rent the condo again."

"I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. And white this unit is definitely not new and could use some tlc, it is well designed, comfortable, clean and has great amenities. I could open my bedroom balcony door and hear the waves all night. I could lay in bed and watch the waves. From bedroom if unit has amazing views of the bay. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"We stayed 2 nights here and enjoyed our time. The host had shampoo/ conditioner/ and staple food items as well as extra pillows, sheets, and even a beach umbrella. It’s dog friendly and we were able to bring our 50 lb dog after communicating with the host."
