“So let’s talk about WoodSpring Suites Pensacola West or should I say survival training facility with a front desk.😂 From the outside? Honestly, not bad. I pulled up thinking, Okayyyy, this might actually be a hidden gem. Then I opened the room door and immediately felt like I time-traveled back to 2007. “Clean room very nice”

“This was our second stay here, but unfortunately our last. We were greeted very well by the young lady on duty when we checked in at 3:00. However, our room had a mattress that needs to be replaced, (it made a noise every time I got up to go to the bathroom, which woke my husband up). The sink was very slow to drain, and there was water under the sink on the floor numerous times even though I put a towel down to soak it up. The soap products in the shower needed to be filled, plus the shower……

“Nice hotel my only complaint is super uncomfortable chairs in room. Pretty much have to sit on the bed. Otherwise clean and nice but it is a $75 dog fee. ”

“The staff here are amazing. We bought a house in the area & are moving. I liked this motel on our last visit two weeks prior so I booked again . No it's not a four seasons but it's clean , usually quiet & has the best staff I've ever encountered at a low cost hotel. I would stay again without hesitation. ”

“It felt like visiting my grandmother‘s house. Because nowadays it’s hard to go back to grandma’s when she’s not there anymore.To be welcomed with open arms just felt comfortable talking to the lady and just never wanted to leave.”

“Super run down. Food was basic at best. The rooms were discussing. Lots of loud noise at night. Doors didn’t seem to safely lock. For the cost don’t go. ”

“Was not able to get the room we reserved they tried to give me a room not handicap accessible but telling me it was. Poor communication. Luckily one front desk clerk was able to figure it out and I was to get a handicap accessible room but not the suite I reserved prior to arrival they blamed it on Expedia. They need to know what is in there rooms. ”
