“We had a non -smoking room. The bedspread was clean and did not smell like smoke, but was riddled with burn holes. And the towels were extremely worn & dingy. Kinda ewie.
But the bed was comfy, sheets were clean, AC cold, bathroom refurbished & nice, surprising quiet right on a major road. Apartment sized fridge, microwave, big TV. No coffee anywhere 😭
We needed a place to just spend the night and it worked for us. @ $70 for the night (06/26) the price was half other properties……

“i never write bad reveiws, but i feel an obligation to warn people with familys not to go here. if you are down on your luck and need a cheap place to stay and are trained in self defense then this is the place for you. if you are a family on vacation dont even slow down anywhere near this place. the whole place was nasty, the people coming and going in and out were sketchey to say the least. the room looked like the 3 stooges did the construction. people were yelling in the halls and beating on……

“We love to travel as a family and our stay at this current Tru hotel wasn't the worst hotel we've stayed in.
2 bad things:
-Our room never ended up getting cleaned for our 6 days here. (I'm not sure if it's because we asked for 5 more minutes one of the mornings because we were gathering stuff for the beach). Either way, oh well. We put our trash and dirty towels in the hallway. And they were taken during the day.
-The kids downstairs below our room, and then the next 2 nights above us... whew!……
