“It was very comfortable and clean! The sheets were exceptionally soft and the bed was really comfortable. The AC was leaking the first day and they were very responsive and had it fixed in a couple hours. It was 90+ outside while we were there and the room stayed cool. I would stay here again. ”

“My grandson & I loved Pointe West mainly because of the view. It's an older facility but very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the lake and the gorgeous sunsets. It fit our needs completely. I would definitely stay there again. ”
