Hair dryer was broken and no one came to repair it. There was a roach. The black out curtain was stuck so I couldn't adjust it. The gasket seal on the fridge door was faulty.
The sink randomly leaked.
The person who checked me in was oddly aggressive just because I didn't want to sign a blank receipt. Telling me I don't know how to check into hotels as if I'm not in my late 30s...

I love staying at the Westhouse. The staff are very helpful and attentive. It’s a great location as you are near the park and close to good subway links. My room was clean and spacious and I really enjoy the terrace area.

Someone to access my room while I was asleep . i spoke with manager and didn't even get an apology, Second strike i placed my luggage in the luggage room due to a late flight and someone stole multiple items from my bag, i would never stay at this hotel again.
