Communication and check-in were seamless, and the hosts, Terry and Glen, were incredibly responsive and accommodating to our special situation.The house was exactly as described—if not better! The views are spectacular, with stunning sights of downtown Seattle, the waterfront, and even Mt. Rainier on clear days. The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of places to sit to talk, read or watch TV. The location couldn’t be better. Located in West Seattle, 15 minutes from the airport and about 15 minutes to downtown Seattle. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home in a prime location with exceptional hosts."

"Loved the hotel. The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the control for the blackout curtain was bad. You had to press the button twice to get it to move 1 centimeter at a time. It literally took 20 minutes to close the curtain. "

"A great property in every way. We will stay here again. Everyone on here raves about the view, and it is indeed that beautiful. Comfortable bed with nice pillows. Washer and dryer in the unit. This is a basement unit, so we did hear the residents above us, but it was never bothersome. The hosts are correct in the property description about the parking: It is tight on a narrow street. We had a rental Toyota Camry and were always able to park right in front, but I wouldn’t want a vehicle any larger than that. Overall, a wonderful place with wonderful, responsive hosts. Highly recommend."

"We absolutely loved our stay! Pigeon Point is a lovely neighborhood and we loved going for walks. Check in was easy and the staff was attentive. The place was cozy and quiet. The furnishings were cute and the space was very clean. We give Pigeon Point rental two thumbs up!! "

"This has become my go-to spot whenever I’m in town for games or concerts at Lumen Field or T-Mobile Park. The location is hard to beat! After events, I usually walk a bit south to let traffic clear before grabbing an Uber or Lyft—about a mile south is perfect. I’ve even walked the entire distance a few times, and it’s always felt safe and quiet. The room I stayed in was on the second level (no elevator), but the size was decent and it came with a small fridge and TV. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Parking is definitely a plus—being so close to both stadiums makes it incredibly convenient. The lot itself is on the smaller side but very well lit (seriously, it’s bright enough to land a plane!). If you’re light-sensitive, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask. Overall, it’s a simple, convenient stay for anyone heading to a game or show nearby, and I’d stay here again without hesitation."
