The front desk service was very nice, and house keeping helped me find my lost items, so I am very grateful

Surrounded by the famous Brooklyn Bridge, facing Manhattan, the view is first-class. But the elevator is very slow and the bathroom design is wonderful. There is no place to put clothes. The hotel is not family friendly. Only for couples. If you're done showering, you have to come out naked to scrub and get dressed. Because there is no place to hang towels and clothes in the shower
