Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. “Fantastic hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful. All the communal areas (bar/restaurant/reception/gardens) were very high standard. Rooms (we had small double) were exactly that, well appointed and small. The goose down pillows were extremely comfortable as was the bed.
