The home features a fully stocked kitchen, 3 screen rooms, an open deck on top, and a private 17' swim spa. Rentals include access to the elevator-allowing easy access from ground level to the main floor of the home-also making the home handicap accessible-including a fully wheel chair accessible bedroom and bathroom with an accessible shower and vanity in the en suite bathroom. Boat parking is prohibited, as well as smoking.
