Wir waren fünf Nächte in der Unterkunft und insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns in Ordnung. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die ruhige und gute Lage, die funktionierende Klimaanlage, der Pool sowie die vorhandenen Badeutensilien. Es gab jederzeit genügend Warmwasser. Die Frotteetücher werden alle drei Tage gewechselt, was wir ebenfalls positiv fanden. Etwas mühsam war die Kommunikation mit dem Personal. Den Türcode sowie genauere Informationen zum Stockwerk und zum Zimmer hatten wir vor unserer Ankunft nicht erhalten und mussten deshalb zuerst anrufen. Auch die Reinigung könnte besser gelöst sein. Während unseres fünftägigen Aufenthalts wurde nicht gereinigt und es gibt leider keinen Staubsauger, mit dem man selbst kurz sauber machen könnte. Lediglich ein Wischmop ist vorhanden. Gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre ein Staubsauger sehr hilfreich. Die Abfalltrennung empfanden wir ebenfalls als etwas umständlich. Was uns zudem wirklich gefehlt hat, sind Haken oder andere Möglichkeiten, um Bade- und Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Unterkunft selbst ist stellenweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und da eine Auffrischung vertragen. Parkplätze findet man in der Umgebung, allerdings braucht es teilweise etwas Geduld. Vermutlich hängt die Situation auch stark von der Saison ab. Insgesamt hatten wir trotz der genannten Punkte einen ordentlichen Aufenthalt. Die ruhige Lage, der Pool und die Klimaanlage waren klare Pluspunkte und für uns hat das P

Great location with Cala major being near. The location was great, full of restaurants, public transportation downtown, and an amazing beach. Staff was super friendly and many supplies were provided. Definitely a nice place

Beautiful location, disappointing experience Sa Vall is in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Our room, Boal 1, was spacious, clean and had basic amenities. The two adorable cats and the starry skies were definite highlights. Unfortunately, this was overshadowed by a very stressful check-in and the way we were treated by the owner. We spent almost two hours trying to access our room due to a non-working code and unclear instructions. There was no clear information about our room, no Wi-Fi details and no one available to help. With no mobile reception, we had to drive back to Manacor for internet access. A map showing room names and numbers, plus visible Wi-Fi information, would be a simple but important improvement. The owner's response was particularly disappointing. Instead of understanding the situation, we were blamed for not following messages, despite having provided our details well in advance. The responsibility was subsequently shifted to a possible app error, Expedia and us. We found the communication defensive and at times rude. We were also told this was a one-time incident, although we heard other guests complaining about stressful arrivals too. The mattress had a significant dip, making sleeping uncomfortable. The pool contained leaves and dead centipedes and, as far as we noticed, was not cleaned during our stay. Sa Vall has great potential, but the check-in process, maintenance and guest communication need significant improvement.

This place is over the top amazing. We got to stay in the historic villa which many places don’t allow. What a treat! Mornings hearing the sheep in the fields adjacent with their bells ringing! It’s close to wineries and olive oil farms that can be toured. We will be back! Over the moon over this place! Thank you!!!!
