“We had a great time. The rooms were upstairs and the kitchen/living on the main floor. Windows opened easily to create a great way to keep the house cool. Everything was updated and our family of 6 fit wonderfully. Pullout bed on the main couch was a fun bonus. Trees all around with birds and chickens. Location was great for walking to the resorts on the trail system and easily driving to Hanalei (5minutes). Easily recommended.”

“Spacious and beautifully decorated one bedroom house in Princeville. A great place to relax and recharge. Like most places in Kauai this house does not have Air Conditioning, necessitating leaving windows open to cool the inside. Occasional traffic noise could be a problem if you are noise sensitive, but for us it was just a minor annoyance. The place had everything we needed and we would stay here again if we should return to Kauai.”

“This was our second time staying at The Cliff's complex and we loved it. The condo is modern and has a full kitchen and lots of beach items to borrow. My son especially loved the pool area. “We arrived very late and check-in with security was a breeze! Very accurate listing, great location, walkable to restaurants and grocery. Beautiful nearby beach - it is a bit of a walk but very private. Pool was perfect and lots of chairs available. Lots of parking. Would recommend staying here.”

“This place is good, and Lori was awesome. Very helpful, mostly quick to respond and proactively cooperative. The view is awesome too, with Pacific ocean looking at you from about a kilometer away or so and with golf course in your front when you sit on a comfy sofa is a pleasure. As regards Lori, I must say she was very nice. We were not able to watch on the smart TV they had, so next day, she got a new TV installed. That shows how good she was.
