Our condo home is lovingly appointed with everything you need to feel like you’ve arrived in your own tropical home away from home. New, stylish, and comfortable furnishings & original artwork. Plenty of plush towels & high thread count, 100% cotton bedding. A gourmet kitchen with slab granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook & entertain. A lanai perfectly furnished for relaxing, soaking in the views, and outdoor meals. Novels, games, movies, & Hawaiian music to enjoy during your stay. And, beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards, & cooler so you can hit the beach with everything you need.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with the master and second guest bathrooms en suite—perfect for families and couples (or singles) traveling together!


Other amenities include wireless DSL, a pool with waterfall, a hot tub, a gas grill, and a fitness center that's available at no charge to all guests staying in our condo.

Great Stay in Kauai

Debbie's condo was a great place to stay for a family. It was conveniently located to beaches, restaurants and the grocery store and access to the pool was an added bonus after having left the beach, but not yet done for the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo in Princeville

This is a very comfortable condo with upgraded amenities and is conveniently located. It pretty much has everything you need to make your vacation easy and to make you feel at home. We definitely give it a thumbs up.

A lovely sanctuary in Princeville.

This was a clean, well-appointed condo, conveniently located. Communication with host was prompt and helpful. We spent early mornings and late evenings on their beautiful lanai. Six adults stayed very comfortably here! Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thanks very much!

Hello, Thank you for sharing your space so we could stay near the grandparents and have room for our large crew. We loved the remodeled bathrooms and the updated and clean space. Princeville Central

Amazing property as a rental, with three bedrooms and each with its own bathroom, in a great location within a beautiful development and golf course and close to everything in the north shore. Only drawback was that the A/C which was set permanently at 73° and we experienced quite the humidity and at times were warm as well. Regardless it was a great rental for the three nights we were there and would love to return some day, as long as we can control the a/c for our comfort.

Great Location!

We stayed in this beautiful and clean 3 bedroom, 3 full bath for 5 nights. We had a couple hiccups that I am hoping to help anyone else with. The unit number was not given to us and only the address. Someone in another review mentioned this as well. The owner has since updated her information so that should no longer be a problem. We were unsure of which side of the garage to park on. You park on the right hand side. We requested the twin beds be made into a king bed which did not happen. We did that on our own. It does not say where the trash is to be taken to. When you leave the unit, turn right. Walk down a couple units and it is on your left. The blue key fob attached to one of the house keys is used to enter AND EXIT the pool area. You can’t get out of the pool area without the key fob so make sure you keep that with you too. There is no pizza cutter, so we used a knife. The house is EXTREMELY clean!! We had plenty of space. The porch is amazing with quiet views and comfy seating. The beds are comfortable. The a/c has a low set point of 72 degrees and we kept all ceiling fans on in the condo to help with air flow as during the night it sometimes got warm. The garage has beach chairs and tons of other beach amenities to use as well. It’s in a great location in Princeville. This area is super safe with lots of walking paths. All in all we enjoyed our time here.

Perfectly located, amazingly appointed kitchen

This amazing 3 bedroom - 3 bath condo overlooks the pool and hot tub area and lush interior garden of the complex. Sitting on the Lanai you have those views and also a view of the ocean. At night it is very quiet and you can hear the ocean waves. It was amazingly clean when we arrived with thoughtful starter amenities like a fresh sponge in the package and paper towels in addition to what you would expect (soap and TP). The kitchen had everything you need including dishwasher, graters, whisks, and champagne classes. There were double the number of dishes needed (including serving) for our family of 6. The bedrooms all have comfy beds with great linens and closets and chests where you can put your things while you stay. The condo also has windows on all four sides that allow you to catch the trade winds so that no AC is needed and you can hear the rustle of the palms that surround the property. It was relaxing and perfect. Additionally there are plenty of fun things to do within walking distance. There are two beaches; Hidden Beach and Sea Lodge Beach that are about a half mile away with a somewhat difficult (but worth it) hike to the water. There is also the beach at Princeville Resort which is about 1.5 miles an easy walk to the water, paved all the way. There are beach towels, mats, and beach chairs as well as fins, boogie boards, kayak, and a surf board. There is a fully appointed grocery store and Italian and Chinese restaurants that are within easy walking distance as well as a Tiki Bar with a great happy hour. At the golf course across the street they offer a sunset golf cart tour that has amazing vistas of the ocean/cliffs and history of the island. Make sure to head into nearby Hanalei Bay for shopping and to pick up some sushi rolls from Dolphin as they were first rate! Definitely a place I would stay again. Thank you Debbie!

Family trip/stay for son’s wedding

There was plenty of room for 5 people. This property is close to a grocery store and restaurants. The pool was quiet and perfect on days we didn’t want to go to the beach. The property manager was responsive when we had questions. About a 10 minute drive to Hanalei for more restaurants and shopping and hanalei beach. Looking forward to returning for a vacation

Beautiful Condo

This was a spectacular condo with an outstanding location. Our family was extremely comfortable in this 3 bedroom condo. It was so well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and pool. The pool was close and easily accessible. The AC worked so well. Overall we had a phenomenal time in Princeville staying at this lovely condo.

Plantation condos

We had another wonderful stay at the Plantation Condos in Princeville. The condo has a great layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, the pool area is nice and the location is great—halfway between the shopping center and 1 Hotel at the end of the road.

A week in paradise

The condo was perfect for our family of 6! We had all we needed and a small grocery store 1/2 miles away was perfect to allow for a few meals. The condo was spacious and well maintained. The property was beautiful, right on the golf course. Debbie was great and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Birthday

We came to Kauai for my oldest grand daughters 13th birthday - the Island was beautiful and the condo was wonderful roomy and comfortable we barbequed by the pool often I would gladly rent this unit again!
