"We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful."

For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "
