"Family suite room was very nice, plenty of space for a young family of four, liked the separate single bed room. Large bathroom with bath and shower. Service from all staff was truly excellent. Easy check in, had dinner downstairs with massive plates of good food. Inclusive breakfast (full English) was great, very accommodating to provide for young children. Would strongly recommend."

The sofa in my room was completely unusable — it was basically just wood with no proper cushioning, making it impossible to sit on. It definitely needs replacing.
