"Casa D’aria is a quaint and lovely place for a vacation set in an ideal location in Catania. The eclectic style of the entire building is so interesting and homey. We had excellent communication with the owners leading up to our check in. The room was massive! With the comfiest bed tucked up on a loft. We made use of the full kitchenette and our room even had a washer to do our laundry. The rooftop communal terrace was a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine and listen to the sounds of Catania....

There was more than enough room for all of us, and the outdoor space was so great we spent most of our time soaking up the sun and view from the beautiful pool and multiple sitting areas. The pictures don't do justice to the gorgeous blue sea and views of Etna. "The host was communicative and very friendly and helpful. We arrived late, but he did not complain about having to meet us so late. He was helpful with suggestions of places to eat nearby and things to do and see. It is about a 15-minute walk from the train station and about 10-15 minutes from the main tourist area of the city. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the host had provided some cold drinks in the fridge and some breakfast pastries. The air conditioner cooled the place well."

"All aspects of our stay exceeded our expectations. Pascal was wonderful. The house is large and beautiful. The views are spectacular. We had the private chef Rosario and Isabella come to the house to cook our final meal for us and it was the best meal of the trip!"

"The apartment was in a great location. Some excellent restaurants close by. Great setup for three adults travelling together (a married couple plus one!). Giovanni was extremely helpful, meeting us at the apartment for check-in and helping with luggage.
