"Sheet cover had small stain and a strand of hair found in the sheets. Quickly sorted but no a good start. Apart from that no issues. Good central location. Homeless and others are around but no problem. Just leads to the atmosphere. Not under the control of the hotel."

"Perfect hotel for exploring Manhattan. The room was excellent for our family and offered all the space our little one needed. Customer service from the front desk to housekeeping to bellhops was top notch. Other than the couch needing an update (so very minor!) we had a wonderful stay at Radio City ..."
