Beautiful hotel
The hotel is beautiful! however, the reception closes at 6pm, which is very inconvenient. Also, the hotel provided us with a room in the ground floor with no view, even though they had the same room in a higher floor available at the same price range, they changed it after we asked them to. (We have stated in our order that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, but there was no effort on the hotel's part to make it outstanding). Having said that, we still enjoyed staying at the hotel, the best part was the lake spa which was amazing!

Ympäristö ja miljöö erittäin mukava. Kohteessa mielyttävät ulkoilu mahdollisuudet. Kylpylä oli upeasti toteutettu, jossa viihtyi. Miinusta tuli osalle asiakaspalvelijoista, jotka olisivat saaneet olla hivenen enemmän "mukana" tilanteessa. Emme oikein ole tottuneet ko paikoissa näkemään asiakaspalvelijoilla naamaa väärinpäin ja olemaan tervehtimättä.

Kävin mieheni kanssa Hotel &Spa Järvisydämmessä yöpymässä yhden yön ja tykättiin kovasti. Paikka oli tosi tunnelmallinen, kylpylää myöden ja mukava muutoinkin. Aamiaiselta jokainen varmasti löytää mieleistä syötävää. Mukava henkilökunta. Hyvällä maulla rakennettu kokonaisuus.

Kaunis paikka, huoneemme oli nimellä romanttinen sviitti, joka oli pieni, siisti ja viihtyisä. Takka ei toiminut (laski savut huoneeseen) ja jouduimme vaihtamaan huonetta myöhään illalla. Tästä saimme vain pahoittelut. Bistron ruoka oli ok, ei mitään ihmeellistä. Kylpylä oli todella kaunis, mutta vesi oli todella kylmää :( Ei ollut mielestäni 300€ arvoista.
