Luggage did not arrive at final destination but I think it was Air Chinas fault not Americans
For the price we paid it was more than what we expected.
American airlines is becoming my new favorite airline!
Seats on business not so comfortable
Horrible transfer at the Beijing airport. Even the transfer you need to go through the semi immigration and full security check.
Seats too close. Food poor. Otherwise fine.
Suggestion for the future flights that come from USA into China. The airline should pass out arrival cards to passengers prior to descending. This way passengers only need to get finger prints scanned for customs. This would help to move tourist and visitors to the right lines.
One thing that they should do is to make sure that food is hot. All foods were good. But my last flight which I went Beijing to Bangkok. I chose fish and rice. Taste was so good but the food should be hot or hot to warm. It will be fantastic.:))
The flight landed on 4pm and connecting flight boarding was 4:15pm. There is no way we would have made in on time at the huge Beijing airport. Air China should not sell the tickets from the begin with. Air China made to ran around at the airport for 3 hours. Airport Wi-Fi was restricted, so unable to use my app (Line) contact my family. The international airport staff barely spoke English. The gate information board was extremely limited at the huge airport. I would never flight with Air China. The worse experience ever.
It has been a very good experience to flight with Air China. Very good service, good food, beverages and staff very friendly.
