“The room was cleaned daily. Staff were very polite. In the restaurant the choice of food was exceptional. The restaurant staff in particular Crystal were very attentive. The front of house staff, for all shifts made us feel valued and welcome. I have stayed at many hotels in Montego and this is one of the best stay I have had. The rooms were slightly dated but clean.”
