“It’s a terrible hotel. The staff all around are so nasty their attitudes are so unwelcoming. On my last night I was bitten by bedbugs. When I returned to the states I visited my doctor’s office because of the bites and it was confirmed to be bedbug bites. I communicated to the hotel the findings my doctor’s note and pictures of bites. The hotel took no accountability. If you go on google and look up the reviews of this hotel there are many complaints lots of them on bedbug issues. If you……
