Always a great stay, we will be back. This was our 3rd stay this year. Ernie who works the front desk is a great asset to the hotel. Always has a smile on his face and makes a great cup of coffee. None of that k cup stuff.

Highly recommend this place! Not only quaint and cozy, but Rachel and her staff made us feel quite welcome. The room and bathroom were pristine. It was too hot to use the hot tub, but will go back in the fall to take advantage of it. Breakfast was an 11 out of 10. Best French toast I've ever had! Super friendly too...stood and chatted in the kitchen while breakfast was being prepared. Kitchen was amazing...I would cook more if I had that kitchen. Again, I say Highly recommend!! See you in the Fall!

The staff seemed helpful but then we realized they weren’t really listening to our requests/concerns. The rooms are nice and big and were clean over all but the shower floor in our room was noticeably dirty under the seat . When we told them about this, they still did not clean it. We requested room service and told them what we wanted done and the only thing they did was give us fresh towels and take the old. We asked for the beds to be remade. I stripped the beds and left the bedding on the floor and he just left them there and did not remake the beds. We were told there is only 1 housekeeper. This poor guy! Unacceptable! The pool: the bottom and sides are peeling and debris is floating around the pool. They told me that this was resolved because the pool cleaner came the next day but that won’t resolve the fact that the pool is peeling. More debris is going to surface. There are signs posted for customer laundry, but it leads to an obvious employee laundry/work room. I did not look further into this, so maybe there is customer laundry, but it didn’t seem like it. The doors on the bathrooms in the lobby did not properly close. The Men’s room is usable. The door would not close all the way even if forced. We left 2 days early. We told the staff that we were leaving and they never checked us out. When I called after that, many excuses were made. They didn’t seem to care at all about our concerns and then hung up the phone without a word. Teach your staff customer service!
