AC in the room was a mini split that kept the room very comfortable. Room and Bathroom were very clean. Housekeeping was there every day with fresh linens and towels. No complaints at all. Well, other than having to leave.

stayed there in previous years, the hotel would need some upgrade. not to make it luxury, but not so „run out“. maybe depends on room you stay in, they have different standards/settings… location is quiet and probably most beautiful beach/spot, very private and relaxing.

Amazing view and friendly people
Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is right on beach. The beach view is magnificent and amazing. There is a BestBuy just near the hotel, with a walk distance, very convenient to buy foods and drinks.

The room was very nice and Shoal Bay is a beautiful beach. It is at the end of the beach on Shoal Bay, so it’s a 12-15 minute walk on the beach down to the main restaurants. I would rent a car to stay here because the cost of 4 taxi rides will cover the cost of your car rental.

There was only 1 sharp knife in the kitchen and 1 wine glass. Kitchen needs to be better equipped for potentially 4 people. Everything was clean. Staff was minimal but sufficient. Bed comfortable. Parking easy. We were not able to get TV to work despite directions provided. Mary was able to address ...
