"We had no problem finding the house. It was clean and comfortable during our stay. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. Even before our stay when forecast flooding would have impacted our visit, she was in contact to make sure we could adjust if needed. The neighborhood was quiet and offered lots of down by the river sounds. We used this as a base camp for visiting Indian Cave State Park and Nebraska City on a rain day. "Our combined annual family gathering is no small event: 22 in all! We host them the first weekend of January each year and this place was magical! (It didn’t hurt that it snowed too!) Modern appliances, very cool history, and plenty of space for all. It was perfect! Thank you to our hosts for being available, excellent communicators, and just great to work with. Sycamore Springs is awesome, especially the skating rink! Long story short, it was great! (We want to come back in warmer months.)"

Adorable 2 bedroom cabin on the Missouri River

Quiet stay by the river

"We had no problem finding the house. It was clean and comfortable during our stay. The host was very responsive throughout our stay. Even before our stay when forecast flooding would have impacted our visit, she was in contact to make sure we could adjust if needed. The neighborhood was quiet and offered lots of down by the river sounds. We used this as a base camp for visiting Indian Cave State Park and Nebraska City on a rain day. No complaints from our time, it was clean, comfortable and had the things we needed during our stay. Wouldn't have any concerns about returning if we re-visit the area."

Large cabin for reunions , family gatherings or duck hunting

Nice getaway

"We really enjoyed our stay. The host was super accommodating and responsive. We spent most of our time out by the lake. There is very limited fishing due to some type of fish that eat everything (clearly not the fisherman) there was swimming for the kids and other water activities which was great."
