"This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. "The entire Bear house property is incredibly charming and inviting. The Stinson Suite was as well. The space is incredibly charming and cozy perfect for 1-2 couples or a small family. "Booking was easy. When we arrived there was not a key in the lock box as instructed so I immediately called Jen. Owners live on site so it was easy to remedy the situation- she actually moved us to another unit. It was perfect for what we needed. They’d gone above and beyond to make the units homey- including Christmas decorations- We will definitely stay there again."

"We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing.
