"Overnight stay passing through Chattanooga. Property and room was so clean and new. Staff was nice and check in was quick. Breakfast had waffle, cereal and fruit which was perfect for me. Rooms was nicely renovated, comfortable mattresses and cool air conditioning made it amazing for me. I will return soon"

"Everything was fine bed was comfortable clean quiet. Only problem I had was there was a giant spotlight outside my room and the curtains did not help. Definitely could’ve gotten better sleep if that wasn’t happening"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean. Had no issues with parking, and felt safe. Only complaint I have is the pool was not open, definitely a disappointment and wasn’t even allowed to sit in the pool area and enjoy the sun. Other than that the stay was great!!"

"This is my second year in a row staying at this beautiful, historic hotel. I love the area and easy walk to many local restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant, Elsie's Daughter is so original. Like no hotel restaurant I've ever experienced. Look forward to seeing the Choo Choo again in 2027!!!"

"The hotel and rooms were all remodeled. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Loved the large shower. Bed was comfy. Only request would maybe be a few more options for breakfast."

"Very clean on arrival. Greeted by a very friendly guest relations lady. She was very well dressed and professional in looks and manner. Made sure our room was clean and ready for us to check in. Did not eat breakfast. But everything else the emenities and all workers we came in contact were very helpful. Bed sleep very good."
