“Amenities are great. Internet access was perfect to work from home. Smart TVs for the older teen, comfy beds for all, pool access was a definite bonus especially for the six year old. Nice walking path and gazebo. Marina is accessible and walkable. Owner of the condo is responsive and helpful. The condo was great. Oh! Call the Waterside Marina ahead of time to coordinate a slip rental or if you want to rent a boat. ”

“We loved everything about this condo. Comfortable, beautifully decorated. I wanted to take the cozy comforter from the brick bedroom with me, but I resisted the urge. Kitchen had everthing we needed EXCEPT dark roast K-cups. Next time we will bring those with us. There were plenty of other K-cups to choose from. My husband RAVED about the shower. We will plan to stay here next time we are in town, if we can get a booking.”

“Lovely condo is exactly as pictured. Gorgeous fixtures and comfortable beds. Perfect night view of fireworks from the large living space windows. Responsive owner, very polite and accommodating. Would be good for a family, but we went as two adults and had plenty of space.”

“My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised. There are not many places you can find that are located on pretty much level ground and on a quiet cove. We will definitely be returning any time the condo is available when we go down to visit our son and daughter-in-law.”

“We really enjoyed the property. Great location. Very well stocked. Clean and pretty. The free parking next to the property was a huge. Great restaurants, coffee shops, Gay St and Market Square within walking distance. ”

“We had a great time at Ryan &Leslie’s condo. They had everything we needed and more. The view of the lake with our coffee every morning was so relaxing. The lay out of the condo worked well with our kids and grandkids . The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals, and beverage center was a big perk . Access to the lack and boat slip was quick and easy. Ryan was responsive to questions we had. Would love to stay again in the future! Wonderful place!”
