“Great apartment — clean, roomy and well-appointed. King sized bed was comfortable. Perfect location — within walking distance to Market Square, several excellent restaurants, bars and multiple breweries. Host was very responsive, and provided great restaurant recommendations. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend, and would love to stay here again during our next trip to Knoxville!”

“Being right next to beautiful Norris Lake was a treat to wake up to. There are steps down to the dock and both floors have a balcony/patio. The kitchen is well equipped and the main bed is comfortable. We only slept in the one bed.”

It is close to the downtown Market Square area but tucked away right off campus in a quiet neighborhood. My daughter asked to book again for her orientation this summer and when we move her into her dorm. We will definitely be choosing this property again!!!!!”

“Nice location, not as busy as northern part of lake. condo was clean and well furnished. Only thing that was a nuisance was the master bedroom smoke alarm battery started to beep at 8 pm so had to run down to the dock and buy a 9 Volt Battery and replace the smoke alarm battery ... all good after that.”

“Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...

“Nice property, great for your dog to run around, grass was long making it hard to find the droppings. The property is convenient to the marina although up a steep hill, there are a couple of sets of stairs to the chalets and another rental that drops you off a few yards from the drive. Plenty of cooking items, pots pans, baking sheets silverware. Master bath is very cozy there is not much room between the corner of the vanity and the edge of the shower to get to the toilet, must be thin to...
