We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. "Property was as advertised, clean and convenient. A friend and I stayed for 4 nights during the Big Ears festival. Most music venues were within a five to ten minute walk. Some, like Boyds Jig and Reel were across the street. The Standard and the Mill and Mine were a two minute walk. Be forewarned the railroad is 40 feet from your residence. If you are a light sleeper, this is not a place for you. I liked that there were 2 separate bedrooms with full shower and a third bathroom downstairs. Good...

"You can't beat the location. It is right by all the restaurants and shops in market square. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with anything you might need. The owner was also very responsive answering questions. We would definitely stay there again. "
